Refund and Returns Policy

For our Business Operations & Management Clients

Our services are provided on a post-paid basis, which are billed at the end of each month, therefore we do not provide any refunds (as a policy) as services have already been rendered and any issues with services are deemed to be a performance matter.

If any questions, issues or concerns arise, please contact your assigned account manager and we’d be happy to work with you to resolve them. If a resolution cannot be found or agreed upon, we may then consider possible refunds, on a case-by-case basis.

For our Construction, Renovation and Installation Clients

As payment for our Construction, Renovation or Installation projects are invoiced after the project has been completed and inspected and approved by you (the client), there are no refunds by policy. We will always stand by our work however and if any issues or concerns occur, please reach out to your assigned account manager and we’ll be happy to help.

If there was any payments made for retainer, deposit or material costs, these are refundable with the following restrictions:

  • Any material or labour costs already paid out by us for your project will not be refundable
    • You will keep the materials already purchased, unless another agreement can be made.
    • Any work already completed will remain.
  • Any administrative fees or costs already borne by us for your project will not be refundable

We guarantee our work and craftsmanship for a minimum of 6 months, to a maximum of 1 year depending on the project, and which will be specified in our work agreement and invoices. The terms of refund will be applicable anytime within our work guarantee.

For Guests of a property owned or operated by us

Cancellations and Refunds for bookings at any of our properties will generally follow the below:

  • 100% refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking request
  • 0% refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date.
  • 0% refunds for cancellations requested after checking in.

We are aware that life can cause unseen circumstances though, and retain the discretion to make exceptions to Cancellation and Refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Each property may also have property-specific conditions, so we strongly encourage that you refer to the relevant property’s Refund Policy or Terms & Conditions pages.
